So here we are, at the end of 2020…….

So here we are, at the end of 2020…….

As we reach the tail end of what has been a very difficult year for many businesses, Shield Health & Safety would like to say a massive thank-you to its clients for the continued trade throughout 2020.

This year has brought with it a multitude of scary moments for us as a business but we (and many of our customers) have weathered the pandemic and are all looking forward to 2021 with a renewed sense of business partnership.

As difficult a year as it was, we at Shield have had some massive changes (for the better) including introducing our new Sales Manager, Roger Taylor, who has helped redefine our sales direction, as well as generating new blue chip companies to the customer portfolio. We have also employed four new instructors to the Shield Team, Stuart Ager, Nick Rhodes, Brian Wilson and Derek Perkins (and another new instructor in January) all of whom have first rate work ethics and customer focus and have made a positive impact on our ability to service our customer’s needs.

The future is looking bright for Shield, in 2021 we will be moving to our new Accredited training centre and will be able to offer offsite training from a vast syllabus of courses including First Aid, Abrasive Wheels, Forklift and Manual Handling.

Shield will also adding some new courses to our syllabus in 2021 and will be sending out our new Training Brochure which will highlight these (as well as our existing courses) to all of our customers.

On a personal note, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the Shield Team for the hard work they have put in during a very difficult time, especially our instructors who have also been affected by this terrible pandemic, not only for having to work in exceptionally difficult circumstances, but also for sticking with us when things were so uncertain.

The Shield Team wish all its customers and clients a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous 2021.

See you in the New Year!!
